Steak 'n Shake at 10421 East Touhy Avenue, Rosemont, Illinois.

We decided to go inside and order to go. Patty melt, large onion rings, and a double Garlic Steak burger.
When got to our car, we had 2 orders of fries we didn't order, and a single regular burger.
We went through the drive thru instead of going back inside. They we shocked and gave us the garlic burger quickly. The woman at the window apologized profusely, and we we were happy with the quality of the food. We visited the Steak and Shake in Rosemont on Touhy.

Always slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. Operations are never on point. Servers never know what's going on. Came in, 6 tables dirty, took ten mins to be seated, still waiting for something to drink or even acknowledgement. They all look lost. Hey Steak and Shake, hire people and train them. Always a terrible place to come to. Never a good experience. Doing waste your time.
