Horrible realty company...
I've voiced complaints about my unit both verbally and in writing and nothing... Absolutely nothing has been done in over 10 months.
No working refrigerator...
A large hole in my bathroom wall placed there by contractors and left open to air with mold and bugs coming out...
Buildings full of drugs and drug dealers...
No security...
No door codes...
Broken mail boxes...
Broken elevators...
Rats and roaches...
Retaliation for complaints...
The list goes on and on. Do not rent from them or any realty companies that Foresite works with... For example, Horizon Lake Llc. This company and the companies they associate with are scam artist and slum lords. Keep looking.
